ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Hi! I am Danielle live in Western New York with my husband and two sons. I never knew I had a dream to become a writer until I started becoming obsessed with reading in the last two years. The obsession began with Twilight and then matured to Fifty Shades. While used to reading mainstream best sellers, found a new love for indie authors. I love to do paintings related to the books I read and eventually turning into Pushy Girl Paintings and now do work for other indie writers and readers. My first book idea started from a dream I had one night and became obsessed with the story and started writing. Now having arguments with the people in my head and loving every moment of it, even when they take control of the story.

taking time out to talk to us. We are so excited to finally talk to you. For
those who don't know much about you, can you tell us a little bit about
yourself?
Danielle
Torella hmm...well the basics are, I am 26 married with two boys. I am
addicted to tattoos, piercings...I have bright pink hair! haha I am shy, but
slowly coming out of it.

Torella Thanks! it is my favorite so far! I have done every color

Lamb Okay so can you tell us a bit about your book ?
Danielle
Torella I wanted to do something a little different. Most lead female
roles are calm and classic styled. I wanted a punk rock girl with an
alternative attitude. I wanted to have the inner monologue give more insight.
And thats why I also wanted to have both Tess and Ben's perspective.

Lamb If you had 24 hour with Ben what would you want to do?
Danielle
Torella hmmm....well first probably go to a rock show. Ride around
with my legs wrapped around his body on his Ducati! and go back to his pent
house to inspect all of those tattoos

Lamb If you had 24 hour with Tess , what do you think you two would
get up to?
Danielle
Torella Oh where to start?! Probably dye our hair, listen to music as
we do it and get ready. Go grab a triple shot coffee followed by a redbull or
two, to ensure a maximum caffeine high. Take our cameras around the city, in
hopes of bumping into Ben or Erin.

Lamb Did you do any research for Private Message? if so did you enjoy
doing your research and what type of research did you do?
Danielle
Torella I didn't actually. First the idea for PM was from a dream that
I had. I was in the perspective of Tess and I was in Chatz. I knew I wanted to
locate it in Seattle WA, because I have always wanted to visit there. I guess I
did do a little research for it for the city and my Editor actually lives
there, so he was helpful! For the next book Private Show I actually researched
hos many Starbucks there were in Seattle.

Torella It is! I am almost done with book 2 and I haven't officially
announced it yet....but....there will be a third book as well! The 'Private' Series

Danielle
Torella There are some aspects of Tess which relate to me, but not all
of it.

Torella I am hoping by December!

Torella I think everyone would find a different message in PM, so I
think thats hard to say. We all take a books meaning different than the next
person.

Lamb Do you have any plans for other series or books after this one?
Danielle
Torella I have a couple ideas...one is constantly burning in my brain!

Lamb Are the names of the characters in Private message special to
you?
Danielle
Torella Tess Martin, kind of is...back in 9th and 10th grade me and a
friend developed alter egos for short stories, and mine was Tess Martin. Weird
right? But it combined 2 names from different people/characters that I loved. So
Tess kind of always stuck with me. I
didnt have to think about the lead name.

Lamb Did you learn anything from writing your book and what was it?
Danielle
Torella Take your time. Dont rush to get it out. But also go with your
gut on things. And I am not someone who can bounce around and write scenes out
of order, I need to write and keep going, my characters will guide me.

Lamb What do you use to write your book?
Danielle
Torella Well I write my ideas and thoughts in a big notebook which I
carry with me everywhere. Then I type it on my pretty flower covered hp laptop.

Lamb Do you listen to music while you writing or reading?
Danielle
Torella Sometimes I listen to music when I write, I will find a
certain artist or album to write scenes to. Music is a HUGE inspiration for my
book(s)

Lamb What are the most important attributes to remaining sane as a
writer?
Danielle
Torella learning to shut the real world out. Kind of like what you do
when you read (Well, thats what I do lol) Also to not read all the reviews...

Lamb What was the hardest part of writing your book?
Danielle
Torella Writing it wasn't so hard. I had a lot of fun with it. But the
editing was grueling but I learned a lot.

Torella Honest, crazy, (hopefully) shocking, fun, steamy. That is a
hard question!

Torella My friend Randy Potvin created my cover, once I had my photos.

Torella That is one of the last steps, but I am working on the ideas
for it. But it will be unique I hope to have the cover in a couple
of months

Torella Wethering the Storm! I love Jake Wethers! It takes me a while
to read a book when I am writing.

Lamb Have you ever read or seen yourself as a character in a book or a
movie?

Torella Not really...I mean, I love most if not all the characters in
the books I read or movies I watch, but I can’t think of anyone that I am
like...I am even asking my husband and he can’t think of anyone either lol

Lamb If you could write with another author who would it be?

Torella S.C. Stephens! I love her! I love her style and in person she
is so shy, but then you read her work and it's like wait! whoa! you wrote
that?! haha I love it. Her and Christa Cervone the author of Broken, because
she has one hot sexy mind and I loved her sex scenes (blush)

Lamb When your were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?

Torella Oh, it always changed! But I dont think there was ever one
profession that really stuck me. I think thats why I do a lot of different
things at once

Torella Hidden? I don't think so haha I mean I paint A LOT for readers
and authors who request paintings by me, but thats about it. It could be kinda
considered hidden, because I go by a title and not my name for them.

Torella I paint more than I can draw, but I have done it for a while
now. It started as just a hobby, but now I have done close to 100 pieces for
people.

you take with you?

Torella Rum (to go in the coconut ), sheets ( don't want
sand in the wrong places!) oil, fishing pole so he can fish so he can eat them
to keep up his stamina rope.
