Book Review ~ Feeling This ~ Casey Blue

SYNOPSIS

Whoever said life is hard didn’t know the half of it!

Completely devastated when his life is ripped out from underneath him, Jordan Rhodes decides to take a break. A break from everything he’s always known; the country club life-style, his life-long friends and his overbearing parents. He just wants to be free to get lost and not feel the pain he has endured.

Kimber Maguire has been dealt the tough card her entire life. An ailing mom, a sister who refuses to face reality and a yearning for the one that got away, she finds putting one foot in front of the other as her only saving grace. What she really wants is to be free of feeling the pressure that is her life, free to get lost.

But when Jordan finds Kimber while losing himself, they both discover, sometimes you just need to feel to be found.

REVIEW

I loved this book, I loved the writing style, the plot, the editing was fantastic, I loved everything about this book, I really don't have a bad thing to say about it. The fact that the whole book was written from the points of view of both main characters was fantastic, extremely well done and I love that there was back story and insight into both characters personalities before the end as personally I hate having to wait to see why people are the way they are. I loved the progression of the story and that Kimber was finally able to have some happiness in her life, I love that Jordan got to have happiness and found new life after he lost his life (you'll know what i mean when you read it).
This story is fantastic in the way that it raises awareness of M.S. and that its not just a physical illness its a psychological battle too, not only for the sufferer but for the family and people close to them aswell. I think Kimber is an amazingly strong and resilient young woman for helping her mother though her battle and also having to fight her own against her mother's illness.
I adore that it has a fairytale ending and I think every woman ever deserves her own Jordan! He is the perfect man as far as personality and resolve goes. He has his problems but pushes past them to help the woman he loves.

I would love to see more from Kimber and Jordan or even some of the other characters but the way this book ended was perfect.
I know i've said it like a million times but i'm going to say it again I LOVE THIS BOOK!

5 out of 5 stars
